The RS500songs protocol allows for the ordinals registration and ownership of Rolling Stone "The 500 Greatest Songs of All Time" and all other songs not included in the Rolling Stone The 500 Greatest
Registration of RS500songs:
This is to be used only for Rolling Stone 500 Greatest Songs Of All Time. Using a first is first principle and utilizing the following inscription json format:

Registration of Inscriptions can be done on ordinals platforms like UNISAT.io and inscribers are encouraged to first check using "rs500songs" if a song has been inscribed under the search text button on UNISAT.io, to avoid inscribing invalid duplicate songs.
A first is first principle applies and those who are first to inscribe a song from the list using the example format own the song title in the RS500songs protocol: {"p": "RS500songs", "op": "reg", "songname": "Gasolina", "Artist": "Daddy Yankee"}
There are only 500 songs on the list. Duplicates will not be considered valid. Only first inscriptions confer ownership of the song title.
Registration can be done using platforms like Unisat.io or other inscribor services for ordinals.
Registration of Other Song Names Using SongName Protocol
This is to be used only for songs NOT included in the Rolling Stone 500 Greatest Songs Of All Time using a first is first principle and utilizing the following inscription json format,

The First person to inscribe owns the valid inscription and therefore is the rightful owner.
Bellow you can see that James Brown Papa's Got A Brand New Bag was inscribed several times. The first Inscription #14938283 is the valid one. The rest are duplicates and invalid. Therefore we advice doing a search of the song title or the artist name on Unisat.io "search text" tab to see what has been inscribed.
